Formatting

This is the format I am retroactively applying to all versions (hit edit for formatting specifics):

PAGE NAME: "Update 01.XXX" (No more making pages for hotfixes, that's what they are, fixes, so leave it on the minor version and add a section for the fix)

DD.Month.YYYY (Unless it's not stated, in which case it's assumed to be the same date as above. In that case eliminate this line and the following)

There needs to be a good place to put the video for every page, but I don't know what to do for that exactly. Have a section dedicated to it seems clunky, might be better to have it off to the side, but I haven't figured out what to do exactly for that, so I have omitted it from pages I edit.

Changelog Update Procedure

The steps taken when adding a new update:

Major update

1. Create a new page titled Update_X where 'X' is the version number of the update. (e.g. Update_1.197)
2. Copy the template below while replacing Planet Pertam, New Features, Blocks & Wasteland Pack with the title of the update, 25 November 2020 with the update's date in the same format, and update-1-197-planet-pertam-new-features-blocks-wasteland-pack with the last URL-part of the update's official webpage. (https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/announcement/update-1-197-planet-pertam-new-features-blocks-wasteland-pack)

3. Copy the content from the update's webpage and match the formatting of appropriate elements: headers, bullet points, external URLs, etc.
4. Update both Template:VersionMajor and Template:VersionMinor to match the new page's title excluding the Update_ part. (e.g. 1.197)
5. Refresh the cache of Main Page (https://spaceengineerswiki.com/index.php?title=Main_Page&action=purge) and verify that the two links under Major Update and Minor Update lead to the correct URLs.
6. (Optional) Refresh the cache of Change Log and Complete Change Log to see that the new entry is added.

Minor/hotfix update

Updates that are listed on the same URL as the major update are appended to the same wiki page.

1. Append to the major update's page the following the format:

   ==Hotfix 1.197.064==
   25/Nov/2020
   ----
   

2. Copy the content of the hotfix's from the update's webpage and match the formatting of appropriate elements: headers, bullet points, external URLs, etc.
3. Create a new page titled Update_X where 'X' is the version number of the hotfix. (e.g. Update_1.197.064)
4. Add a redirect to the hotfix while replacing Update_1.197 with the title of the major update's page and Hotfix_1.197.180 with the title of the hotfix:

   #REDIRECT [[Update_1.197#Hotfix_1.197.180]]

5. Update Template:VersionMinor to match the hotfix header's version number (excluding the Hotfix_ part) e.g. 1.197.180.
6. Refresh the cache of Main Page (https://spaceengineerswiki.com/index.php?title=Main_Page&action=purge) and verify that the version number link under Minor Update lead directly to the hotfix's page anchor.
7. (Optional) Refresh the cache of Change Log and Complete Change Log to see that the new entry is added.
