About
Dragon Enterprise was founded in 2016 by Profenderboss. Dragon Enterprise has many branches of mining, manufacturing, and research.
Ranking
Dragon Enterprise is organized by a dynamic ranking system which is managed by individual players. When a member joins the faction, they are sent to a division of their choice and put under the command of someone more senior, who becomes their mentor. Once the mentor determines that the new player is ready to become a full member they can allow the new player to choose an inner rank. Inner and outer rank list is as follows:
Outer Ranks
Players in outer ranks may not participate in faction votes:
New Player - Player who has just joined.
Trainee - Player who has been taken up by a mentor.
Inner Ranks
Players in inner ranks may participate in faction votes:
Member - Standard faction member. May select/change a career at any time.
Mentor - Informs new players about the faction and helps them decide on a career.
Council - Elected by members at any time if more than 30% of faction members support them.
Leader/Admin - Elected by other leaders if more than 30% of leaders support them.
