It is a momentum, so it should be in kNm... right?

Both thrusters and gyroscopes use the same name for the "force" property in their ''.sbc'' definition files. Each [https://www.semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Properties_and_types property] on this wiki can only have one type of magnitude without enabling a false equivalency to a different magnitude. I have created a new property [[Property:ForceMagnitudeTorque]] to display the correct unit, though its name no longer precisely matches that of which you would find when examining the gyroscope definitions.

Force in Nm not N

Hi there,

I do not fully understand why the Force of the Gyroscopes is in kN. It is a momentum, so it should be in kNm... right?

Correction/Answer would make my day, thx for reading.

Both thrusters and gyroscopes use the same name for the "force" property in their .sbc definition files. Each property on this wiki can only have one type of magnitude without enabling a false equivalency to a different magnitude. I have created a new property Property:ForceMagnitudeTorque to display the correct unit, though its name no longer precisely matches that of which you would find when examining the gyroscope definitions.

Gyroscope
<ForceMagnitude>3.36E+07</ForceMagnitude>
Thruster
<ForceMagnitude>6480000</ForceMagnitude>
