More Mass Decreases Speed
I don't see how this is an "issue". Also, the line isn't entirely correct. More content adds mass to the ship, which makes accelerating and decelerating slower -- it doesn't make the ship slower, the max speed is still the same. This is modelled correctly. For example, if you head out in an empty mining ship you'll accelerate pretty quickly. Returning with a full load you'll notice that you accelerate more slowly - because you have more mass. Apollo 13 ground control actually noted the opposite problem when the capsule was returning from the moon, the trajectory of the capsule kept skirting off course - because the ship wasn't returning with a load of moon rocks. - It was simply an oversight, and the corrections have been made. If you see something to be incorrect/inaccurate/misplaced, you are free to modify it. It was supposed to be under "tips", not known issues. The actual concept of this should be discussed more in-depth under "Usage", but for now it'll remain as is unless you (or others) wish to write more explanation on the subject.
