Founded in 2032, the AuraTec Corporation quickly grew from a small research and development team to an international corporation specialising in aerospace engineering. By the second space race of the 2020s and 30s, the corporation was already firmly grounded in the research, development and construction of spacecraft and assisted in the construction of many early craft designs before the invention of the jump drive.
