Page Creation
I had created this page to be a brief overview of the new weather system. I'd like to add a brief description of what each weather type is and on what planets and moons they can be found. I almost want to copy the official guide right over, but I feel like it can be simplified somehow - maybe into a table, but I don't want to lose the descriptions of where on each planet the weather happens.
