Class-C Pilot
Pilots of non-military vehicles. Class-C Pilots fall under the direct jurisdiction of the Laborer's Union however the Admiral has just as much power to use Class-C Pilots as he sees fit in the military force. Other members of the Board (excluding Admiral) requisition the Head of Laborer's Union for pilots. Promotion to a Class-B Pilot comes from Captains or higher. Class-C Pilots may turn down the opportunity to pilot combat vessels and thus turn down promotion to Class-B Pilot. Being promoted to Class-B Pilot not only promotes what ships you can fly it also automatically enlists you as an E2 in the military force and under said jurisdiction.
