You must create the translated page in the English page name followed by a slash and your language code. So Change Log -> Change Log/zh. On translated pages you can change the page name by using the DISPLAYTITLE magic word (see the help page for an example). Make sure category names are also the English names followed by /zh. I am looking to have the wiki translate those automatically in the pages at some point in the future.
