Frostbite Pack cutscene. Triton approach In Space Engineers, Triton is an icy terrestrial planet with every ore except Icon Item Uranium Ore Uranium and Icon Item Platinum Ore Platinum. In real life, Triton is the largest moon of the planet Neptune.
Triton does not support life, however at most altitudes Oxygen atmospheric density is high. At this time it is unknown what the atmospheric altitude is. Snow and ice is abundant, making it ideal for using hydrogen based space craft. The planet consists of Ice lakes, rolling snow planes, and snowy mountains, making it almost ideal for most types of rovers and VTOLs (Vertical Take Off and Landing craft). Because of this, Triton is considered an easy, if exotic spawn start.
DLC content Since shortly after the free Frostbite update, Triton is included when you create a custom game or scenario based off the Star System template. Every Engineer can land on the planet and play on it without purchasing any DLC.

The Frostbite Pack DLC also contains the Frostbite scenario, a challenging multiplayer adventure which is set on Triton.
Only those who have purchased the Frostbite Pack DLC are able to spawn Triton manually into pre-update worlds. The pasted-in planet does not contain the buildings from the scenario.
