Rifle shooting and item icon in toolbar

Handheld weapon used in man-to-man combat. In Creative Mode it has infinite ammo, but in Survival you'll need to make some ammo at an Assembler to use it. It does not currently require reloading; if you have ammo in your inventory, it will deplete as you fire. Whilst there appears to be little-to-no recoil when firing, it will push you back slightly if you fire while using the jetpack. This is most noticeable with the inertia dampeners turned off.
