Rifle shooting and item icon in toolbar

Handheld weapon used in man-to-man combat. In Creative Mode it has infinite ammo, but in Survival you'll need to make some ammo at an Assembler to use it. It does not currently require reloading; if you have ammo in your inventory, it will deplete as you fire. Whilst there appears to be no recoil when firing, it will push you back slightly if you fire while using the jetpack. This is most noticeable with the inertia dampeners turned off.
