Special items are sometimes dropped from the small craft that contain Cargo Drops. All special items are cosmetic outfit, will appear in your Steam inventory, and are tradeable.

The Golden cosmetic set does not drop from cargo drop craft. It is only available with the Deluxe version of the game.
